What if my CD Plus POINTS Card is lost or stolen?
Simply visit
the CD Plus locations where you originally became a member and advise them that
you require a new card. They will issue you a new card and number on the spot.
Points from your old card are moved over to your new member number.
What do I do if I changed my address,
changed my name or any other information that I gave when I signed up?
To change any personal information that you provided when you
enrolled, simply visit the CD Plus location where you became a member and they
can update the system accordingly.
What about privacy of information?
You'll never
need to worry about ending up on another company's mailing list. CD Plus does
not rent, sell, or provide our CD Plus Points Members
personal information to any organization or individual. We maintain the highest
standards with respect to privacy, security and integrity of personal

What is the policy for exchanges or
returns?
In order to
make an exchange or return for purchases, the original cash register receipt
must be presented at the time of the exchange or return. The CD Plus Points membership Card associated with the original
transaction will have all points received from that original purchase deducted
from the cardholder's point balance. In the case of an exchange the appropriate
points earned with the replacement product will be added to the cardholder
balance.
Where is my CD Plus Points Card
accepted?
The CD Plus Points Card is accepted at all CD Plus Stores across
Canada.
If I don't have my card with me, can I
still receive Points for my purchase?
You can
receive Points as long as you are at the store where you signed up to be a CD Plus Points member as your information is in our system.
