RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. No purchase necessary to enter. To enter the “A Quasimodo x Kid Robot Doll and a Mad Lib Alias T Shirt” (the “Contest"), complete the official online entry form (please be sure to include your email address, area code and telephone number). The Contest commences on Friday 6,2009 and runs until Friday March 6,2009.

2. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before the contest closing date of
Friday March 6,2009. (11:59 p.m. EST). All entries shall become the property of CD Plus and as such will not be returned.

3. There will be one(1) grand prize consisting of one Quasimodo x Kid Robot Doll and a Mad Lib Alias T Shirt
. The approximate retail value of this prize is $150.00 CDN. 

5. A random draw for the prize will take place at the CD Plus Head Office on or about Monday March 9,2009 at 9:00 a.m. EST. The decision of the contest judge is final. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the selected entrants by telephone or email and within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants.

6. By entering “The contest through CDPlus.com the winner agrees that entry into the contest releases the Sponsor and their directors, officers, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Contest (including liability arising from the acceptance of and participation in any prize as awarded) and confirming compliance with contest rules prior to acceptance of any prize. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, with no cash substitution. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. This Contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec and excluding all employees (current or retired) of CD Plus,
E1 Music Canada, their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising agencies and their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled.

8. The chances of winning are solely dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received. This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws and Regulations. Void where prohibited.

9. By entering the Contest, each entrant (or his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if under the age of majority) agrees to be bound by these rules, and consents to the use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph and/or image on videotape for publicity purposes in all media carried out by the Sponsor without payment or compensation.

10. If any winner cannot be contacted on or before March 20, 2009 (5:00 p.m. EST) or so being contacted does not claim his/her prize on or before such date and time, or does not meet all of the contest conditions, another entry will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

11. The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this Contest at any time and/or to substitute any portion of the prize with an item of equal or greater value without any liability to the Sponsor and their affiliates.
